I wanted to get some practice on colors and started playing with a sketch i made of a goldfish. I think I got what I wanted. the water effects and transparency was an afterthought when I figured my fish does not have anything else on the picture. hahaha. thoughts on getting better (or better yet, a better starting point) in water effects?
