In sprites this small, there isn't much room to use more thna 2-3 colours per object meaningfully. In general, the smaller the sprite, the fewer colours you want per object, and the more contrast those colours should have to read well.
That said, the skin colours you chose look good, I just think you could do just as well with fewer of them. The blue is very intense, to the point that it looks almost like it's glowing. I think shifting the hue of either the lit or the shadowed parts towards the warmer skin colour would help the dress look more like it's on the character and lit by the same light as the character. And as with the skin, I think you could make things read just as well with 2 colours that are more contrasted than three very similar ones.
I don't really pay attention to that - unless it is zoomed in - but the black pixel in her leg could be removed. For the rest, see the other comment. Welcome to the world of Pixel art.
