I really wasn't sure how I should shade the glasses, So I sorta did it how everyone else does, only I threw a ton of somewhat-random pixels in there.I'm not too sure what you mean about the hair, though. I mean I think I do, but I'm really just adding words to this so it doesnt' seem like a waste.
Nice work on the lighting. I'm not too sure about the shiny bits on the shades though; I wouldn't have thought that the two light sources would make reflections like those, but perhaps differently. And the other thing I had to point out is that the edge of the hair on the right (his left) suddenly goes perfectly straight all of a sudden. But over all it's a great piece, nice work :)
