@eishiya Thank you! It's a player controlled boss in a versus game, so I'm glad it feels bossish.
I agree on the death animation, but I wasn't sure how to proceed on it. Thanks for the tips. I'll try a few things on it.
The blue nose is the actual head with the face as a projection, or at least that's how it is for now. Who knows how crystral creature anatomy works lol. I do agree it makes the face read worse, so I'll try some different styles and without it.
The various attacks and body animations look good!
The death animation feels a bit unsatisfying for a boss (assuming this is a boss!). Maybe have some slow-motion or ramping (speeding up and/or slowing down).
The blue nose/dot in the middle of the face doesn't read very well, the face might be clearer without it.
Those circular energy projectiles are going to be hard to dodge.
