It's easy to see you're a beginner, but it's also easy to see you're passionate about the art, based on the amount of time that must have gone into animating this. You seem to already have a basic grasp on pixel art, but feel free to visit Cure's amazing tutorial on the basics for advice on how to make stuff look clean and sleek. You're off to a good start, mate!
