No need to pre-zoom on PJ, the site has a zoom feature. In fact, for a piece like this, which uses AA, anything larger than 1x can make it harder to give appropriate feedback - AA only really works well at low zooms.
The AA on the foreground green lines and the sand is too small, so it only slightly blunts the jagged edges instead of making them smooth. Don't be afraid to have longer segments of AA! Sometimes it's appropriate to have AA that's more than half wide/long as the segment you're smoothing.
I'm not sure if I described it well, but here's a relevant image from the PJ Pixel Art Tutorial. On the left is similar to your AA, on the right is enough AA for actual smoothing.
Also, when you do have very short (2-3px) AA segments, you usually don't need multiple colours on them, 1 colour does just fine, unless the contrast is super-high.
