I like the blue mouth and old-style-ish palette. Also your mouth somehow looks like it's flat, but stretched in 3d out toward the viewer... looks like that to me, anyway. Cool but weird and probably unintentional. I don't really like the way the mouth sticks out in 2 corners at the bottom, but you probably do and it's your piece. :P
