I really like the hair and beard. My only crit is perhaps the face would look better if you put more levels in your dithering. Nevertheless this is great.

I actually like this piece quite a bit. The way the nose curves is kickass, just because it's so out of the ordinary. The way the hair's shaded is nice too, though it probably could use a few more highlights, perhaps only one color. Still, good stuff. I like the color choice.
