Made some corrections based on what you said. I think it does look more like Beethoven now but he kinda also lacks the cartoony feel he had earlier or maybe it's just me :P I suck at portraits, I'll do more.

and also, he has one eye way bigger than the other (the small one seems ok)

i would say that :

- his eyebrows are grey and his hair is white (both should be same color)

- nose and mouth are placed too low

- dirty beard is really really dirty

- dark areas under eyes are too strong
