Thank you! To do it I made one 3x3 pixel per color and started placing them through the image.
The 3x3 pixels are made: first, with 3 pixels in the midle horizontal, each has the RGB values of a color (the first pixel has only the value of Red, the second has only the value of Green and the last, the value of Blue), and then the 6 other pixels (3 up and 3 down) that are 50% darker than the ones in the middle, all for a total of 9 "pixels per pixel" (a 3x3 pixel).
