Of your 27 colours, several are used for only 1 pixel each, and many are indistinguishable at 1~3x zoom. You should give this piece a clean-up pass, to at least get rid of the colours used for 1px each.

Here's an edit that's 13 colours. I don't think there's much visual difference.
