I think the planes of the face look quite flat compared to the dimensionality of the rest of the body--and I second what Hapiel said about the feet.

As for your animation work: Watch out for merging feet syndrome.. Her right foot is placed in the exact position where left leaves, making it look like she has one foot sliding along the floor all the way... creepy!!
