Some those pixels are part of my style. Anyway, worked a bit on chin and hair.
Always had problem with hair drawing.
Hope that with experiance the problem will be solved.

You've got a pretty good pose and understanding of anatomy here. One of the only things that's bugging me though is some of the spikey pixels on the hair and chin that could possibly be removed or smoothed out.
I'd recommend looking at the Jaggies and Anti-Aliasing section in this thread Here. I love this tutorial thread and it's helped me a lot in understanding different concepts of Pixelart.
