Nice building. Some stray black lines are distracting particularly on the windows and the first floor awnning. The bricks texture is mirrored and it shows (highlight shadows). The top of the brick walls just don't look right because real bricks do not look like that and they seem "visually' bigger than the sides. The shadows are incomplete in places such ad windows, the lower side of the overhangs and lamps. The tree looks poor and rather ugly with such big leaves. I hope you update some things before submitting to Pixeldam, since your projects are of good quality but this is not yet up to your standards.
wow totally awesome. such a cool place, if i owned that building i would want to move it somewhere more transquil, rather than surrounded by streets on all sides and across from a skate park and goo factory. hehe
