Great work - It's got a nice cartoony style with bright colours, which I very much like. Super work, is all I can say.

Do what TK said, and then this peice will definately be great.  I would do very little dithering though, but some AA.  Keep the cartoony feel to it.  :)

The lineart is pretty good, but so far it seems that's all it is. Colout in the hair, do some intense shading (& dithering) on the skin, etc. Also, some AA wouldn't hurt, esp. on those skin outlines (jaggies really stand out in a cartoon-shadey piece like this one).
