I agree with Taertage, this reminds me of old school games like "Alone In The Dark" and "Ecstatica".

Almost has an underwater feel to it.  Good job! 

This reminds me of old games I used to play.

The perspective looks distorted IMHO, because you chose for a worm's-eye view, but the horizon is very high up in the composition (a worm's-eye view with low horizon or bird's-eye view with high horizon would look more natural). In general, you need an abnormally low or high point of view for the 3 pt perspective to look great.

Still, I like the old video game style.
