I really like the background in this piece, it's giving a lot of 90's 3d vibes and I dig that.  The character is what I think is throwing this off a little bit, she seems to be drawn at an angle where you would see more of the ground and the bottom's of the buildings. Her torso also seems a little small compared to her head, or it could be the other way around, something to take into consideration either way. What you have drawn is done quite well though, especially the lighting. Nice way to insert your signature by the way.
