Same as how you upload any other artwork? Or is your question about how to create an animated gif? Use animation software, such as graphicsgale or aseprite :)
Hey man, quick question. How do you upload your animations onto PJ (aka this post)? I've heard of a few different methods, but it seems like a pain to transfer it to gif using a converter.
The addition of the second wing was cool, was a nice fix based on that Twitter pic with one wing.
