I tried it but this blurryniss always put me off...i dont know but i like this style because i have a clean contrast in colors without thinking to much about the value ranges and such.
Also i woudt call anything a style becaue i am still experementing (but just post things i am confident eneiugh to post)
I realize that the "coloured bloblets against a black background" is your signature style at this point, but have you tried connecting them so that your figures aren't sliced up by black everywhere? It could give your pieces more volume without losing the segmented look. Here's an edit of this one to show what I mean. It's not "better", but this could be useful for your twinstick game where it would probably be helpful for the player to see all the ships/enemies as connected wholes.
Well, don't stop experimenting and posting. You have good reason to be confident in your art. It may not be a "style" but I always know it's you when you post. And I'm always happy to see new things from you. I like your "gold-series" and now excited how you branch more from that.
