Well, it's supposed to be Sanji from One Piece, I liked the look of the style and tried it. I don't suppose it was sposed to be shaded though, was it?

i am not a fan of lil Dudes, because it seems just an opportunity to throw a few pixels together and go Wahoo... BUT this is damn fine work here. This is something I could see using on a shirt ( embroidery ) or on a website.
