I don't think it's too small! I've seen a ton of tiny pieces with character and charm packed into them on here. you should keep submitting your work, as long as you put effort into it I don't think there's any particular size you need to aim for! as for this in particular: it's cute and silly, I like it-- and I like that you put in a background, it makes for a nice icon!

It's confusing perhaps, but indeed I'd totally recommend to start with small sprites and works!

Is there any other place like this that I could post and get feedback on smaller sprites? I haven't got much experience in pixel art so I wanna start smaller, y'know?
 

Not an official one. However, tiny pieces (like under 64x64?) have a harder time getting in, as they look like too little effort or not interesting enough..

Is there a minimum size? I'm new, as you can tell, but I didn't see anything in the posting rules about it
