First, believe it or not, I was trying to do a flower.  But the drawing made me tought of a Big Guy, so I put tome colors in, a little bit of shading and VOILA.  I know it's very small, but I still think for a first, he's not bad :)

For a first, nothing is bad. :P I guess I looked at your flowers too. My advice is: -pixel a lot, -use a reference, and -draw a lot of different subjects.
