Nice job with the proportions. I always have trouble with faces looking up. You handed it pretty good! The shading on the rose is really good too. I also like how you made the pigtails both symmetrical AND individual. Too many times, I think, artists abuse their ability to mirror their pixels. Keep it up!

This is really cute! I feel like the shading on the bottom of the dress might be a little light compared to the more contrasting colors you used on the clouds and hair, but otherwise it's really well put together. I love the water effects and the framing of the clouds.
