The lack of shading is intended because I wanted to give a cartoon look on him. ^^

But I agree that shaded it would look a lot better. ^^

Indeed it is well made, but the right arm is the one to salute with.

The lack of detail on his right hand bothers me, and I would use that brown for the details on his face instead of black.  I think the waist might look better if it was wider, as well.

I think you got the arm up on the wrong side

do a google for 'hitler salute' to see

it lacks shading, but I think it's awesome just how it is :D
