I like the look of this. A major problem you have though is "banding". Go to this tutorial, and in the "Things to Avoid" section there will be a section on banding.
Also, two minor issues are:
-The purple shading on the windows. It should be on the same side of the window on both faces unless the light is coming from the front or back. I realize this is because the faces of the building are mirrored and recolored, but if you're gonna copy, paste, and flip, you have to look for the small details like that that make it too simetrical.
-The right edge/lip of the roof is a major place you have banding. On top of that, because of your angle of light, the inside face of the rim should not be in shadow. This is probably also an oversight from mirroring one side.
