You have some contrast issues. The mountains in the background contrasing with the sand and sky, and the darkest grey in the sky create the highest-contrast areas in the image, drawing attention away from the comparatively low-contrast character, who is probably meant to be the focal point.
In addition, the values on the character are very similar to those of the sky, so they blend into the sky.
Some colour tweaks to address the contrast problems could improve this piece a lot without requiring any actual pixel work.
You have a bunch of single pixels in the sky, sand, and robe that feel noisy rather than adding texture. I'd recommend getting rid of them. Single pixels take a lot of care to be effective.
