He looks like a serious combatant but he's not in a very good stance for shooting. Have him be leaning into the weapon before he pulls the trigger so that when he fires he rocks back to a neutral standing position, that's what I'd expect a real shooter to do.

Yep I'm totally changing it, I was having trouble creating a combat stance, so I went for this one, but I'll definitely improve the stance :D
