Nice job! He looks sorta comedic like he's freaking out. Maybe they're going down over Roswell? 
Great use of colors and minimalist dithering. It's just enough to keep your color count down, but not too much to be overbearing. It even gives a little texture to his blue squishy insides. Keep up these fantastic pixels.
