Thanks so much for the feedback and encouragement  I made an animation of him walking. I think galloping is next 

He looks all ready to go, saddle and all!  Very dapper.  

I like that you used a darkly tinted blue instead of just plain black for his hair.  It shows you really thought about your pallette, as small as it may be.  Oh, and by the by, he'd sure look nice in a slow canter or full gallop if you ever managed to find him a rider.
