i didn´t notice the hand scaling up with the sword LOL

It would definitely look smoother and (more than likely, if I understand what's going on with the hand/sword scaling correctly) lower your color count drastically if you draw the whole animation one frame at a time (or at least the moving parts of the animation) as opposed to just scaling sections and rotating existing parts for new frames. Like gennoveus said, your base is very good! Try to put that quality into each frame and you'll be golden! Remember, don't settle for an okay animation. Keep up your nice work!
The base pose is very good! You might want to reduce the colour count as you have nearly 100.
Also, the animation seems slightly rushed. For example, as her sword gets larger, her left hand also quadruples in size.
Maybe leave the animation for now and focus on refining the base pose as it's very good and just needs a little more polish and a reduction in colours.
