Nice work! There only thing I can think of is that her gloves blend a little with the cape and make them difficult to see. Other than that, which you did address concerning your difficulties with colors (just a secret between us... I have the worst time picking color! 
), I think you have a pretty good grasp on form and for anatomy for characters. So once you get comfortable with a pallette system that works for you, you'll advance much more quickly.
Keep it up! That pose is really good by the way. That angle seems like the perspective would be pretty difficult, but you did it! 
I think style is something you can't rush. It will probably develop with time and practice. I am still relatively new to taking pixel art seriously myself and am only just starting to really find my own style.

Thanks for the encouragement ^^, and yes the gloves have a similar colors respect the cape, when I started recoloring I had like 30 colors and I wanted to reduce them generating problems like this u-u
