Yeah :/ , I wanted to make the character look dark (but it does not have many contrasts ;-;) but I want to insert blacks that look more black than gray.

I'm currently trying, thx for your tip. 

As ColorAcolyte said, it really needs more contrast. I didn't notice it was an actual crow until I zoomed in!

This is a really cool concept, though. This character is really interesting! Maybe try increasing the brightness of the lighter colours while changing the hue of the feathers to be very slightly closer to blue to differentiate them from the clothing?

Try make the colors have more contrast, since the thing (or person) only look like a chunk of black stuff at 1x.
