@gennoveus: Good points; I didn't really use refs for wasabi but looking it up now it could definitely be shored up more. Same for kappa maki. Nice catch on the amaebi, I didn't see that while making it. Thanks again!

I know purists would stab me for saying this, but the sound of guacamole on sushi actually sounds pretty damn good! Ah damn I'm so hungry waiting for dinner to cook...

Amazing! How the hell did you capture the shiny translucency of the ikura? The texture of the tamagoyaki is so real!

My only crits would be the tone of green for the wasabi makes it look like that fake wasabi flavoured radish paste they serve in cheap places instead of real wasabi, and the same tone doesn't work all that well for the kappa maki either, IMO. Also, the rice on the bottom of the amaebi looks a bit square compared to the other nigiri-type ones you have there.

But that's just nit-picking. Inspirational pixels!
