This was intended to be for the comic contest a couple contests ago.  I knew what I wanted and wasn't willing to compromise the quality I had intended so decided that it would be better to submit it when it was actually finished.

My favorite comic character is actually Barry Allen, but I couldn't resist this storyline that I had about Bats.  I remember how butthurt everyone got when the new movie came out about how "Batman doesn't kill!" and "He's supposed to be the world's greatest detective not a MURDERER!" and just being overtly whinny about it all.  The truth is; circumstances change, traumatic things happen (or in Batman's case, MORE traumatic things happen), and people become different people.  This is just one idea as to how Bruce Wayne could become an almost Jean Paul Valley type Batman.

I also feel the need to address the color count.  It's... high.  XD  96 colors to be exact.  I believe the contest required 32, but since it was finished after the fact and just for fun, I thought, "Who cares..?"  So that's what I did and I'm proud of it, so if you don't like it... kick rocks.  :)  If i get enough comments about it I might clean it up, but in the mean time "on to other projects!".

I hope you all enjoy and keep improving and loving the art you put out.  I know I will.
