For the weekly challenge.

My first attempt ever using C64 multicolor bitmap restrictions which turned out to be fun . Big thanks to ptoing who encouraged me to give it a try, otherwise I might not have.

I didn't push my color use that much, so I'll try and push that aspect further next time.

The knight used to have a longer face until I realized it was wider than 32 pixels. Now it looks more like a donkey .

C+C welcomed and encouraged!

Thanks ptoing! The 32px wide thing is because of the weekly challenge restrictions. Had I thought things through I would have used a different angle on the head...

I'll revise the K a bit, see what I can do

Very nice for a first go. Any special reason why you are sticking to 32 (16) pixels wide on them?
On actual chess pieces the knights head pretty much always goes beyond the confines of the base.

The diagonal stems on the K look a bit too thick, compared to the vertical one.

Looking forward to more C64 art from you :)
