Agreed. Definitely need to fix the trees...

Thirding that the doliage could use some clean-up. Even just removing the isolated single pixels would help a lot.

I love everything but the looks a bit noisy.

That character and bell building are great. Especially the character; she has a 'cave story' vibe. Maybe the huge area of lime green of the trees needs some attention to bring it up to the same level and the rest of the image?
