Yes. The lines are a little blocky (avoid "filled" corners unless you're going for a blocky look), but the colours are controlled and everything is clear.
Here's a visual example of what I mean by "filled corners", the left-most example is what you've done, but you should aim for the 2nd from left. (The two examples on the right deal with AA/anti-aliasing, something you can worry about later.)

This looks more like a small digital painting than pixel art. There doesn't appear to be any pixel-level control, just a whole lot of automatic blending between colours that makes the piece blurry.
Okay my 2 requests didn't went approved... oh well. I guess I will remake them... at some point
