This is definitely a big improvement over your previous pieces. It's much cleaner and 20 colours is a good number.
It has a lot of potential, but just feels a bit like a WIP. The bow changes shape as it moves, and the shading disappears from her leg when it straightens. Also, her hair seems very stiff. I think you should be a bit more patient with your pixel-art. If you invest more time into polishing this animation it could be really good!
