Hi! Thanks for your suggestion, I used the PICO-8 palette for this one, so I had a very limited color choice (neko250.github.io/pico8-api/img/colors.png). I tried removing the highlights from the bricks but it felt sloppier and I didn't like it much.

Hi :)

For such tiny piece I believe it could be better to decrease saturation/contrast on the background so the characters is easier to see.
