Hello there :)

IMHO there is way to much colors used. Also because you use so much colours you should have more AA.
Anyway, the general composition and the attitude of your character is not bad.

The background is quiet convincing too :)

EDIT: You displayed 32 colours for this picture but there is actually only 15
