Nice improvement ! However it seems that the contrast between the lighted part of the flower and its shadow is too high and the blue in your character's hair doesn't look very good in my opinion.

Yeah i got a little frustrated with windows 10 version of paint after a while so i got lazy but thanks for the comment!

The flowers on the dress are a bit too simple, overall though you have most definitely improved.
