You're welcome! I guess I didn't see her before the edit so I shouldn't comment on her specifically. However, the long legs, vivid colors, and nifty detail you always include give you away each time. So many of us try to have a style let alone a recognizable one and you've really accomplished that! I always look forward to your characters. 
To be honest, her proportions before I posted her kinda made her look strange next to other characters I've done, so I was okay with editing her beforehand. Thanks for the comment though! 
Ok, now I see what you mean. I did have some problems with the legs before I posted this (They actually used to be longer!), So maybe that's something I could trim down a little more. Compared to my previous sprite she does seem off a bit. Thanks for the fast response!
Her head is fine relative to the size of her torso (and large compared to the size of the torso that is suggested by the position of her breasts), but relative to her entire height, it's tiny - she's 8+ heads tall! So, perhaps it's not that her head is small, but that her legs and arms are very large.
I fixed the chest a bit, but I'm not quite sure why her head head seems tiny to you, I actually thought people would tell me her head was too large. What's making it seem tiny from your perspective?
Her head and chest seem out of proportion with the rest of her body. Her breasts are too high up and her head is quite small.
