Well I like it, but as I've told you, there are parts of it that just... don't work. Like the shading on the nose is put on too thick and should be more from the other side to follow your shading. Also you need shading on the face. I do think that some of your AA could be better too. You can see this mostly on the stache. The AA is rather rough. But really, for your first perspective work, I like it. =P Don't take anything too hard either.

The shadowed parts look too much like the rest, making it look non-shadowed. What I want to say is add more contrast
