The outline on her face makes that area look a bit blurry, because its value is between that of the skin and that of the adjacent dark hair colours, so it reads like a blending colour. In these cases, it's best to either not use an outline at all (since the dark parts of the hair frame the face just fine), or to use an outline colour that's darker than any of the surrounding colours.
This is great. The cloth on her pants is especially well done.
