Hello!
Looking at this image and your artstation profile, it's clear you are already a very solid artist. The issue is that there is some pixel-art specific technical stuff that you might not be aware of that is hurting the look of your image (jaggies, redundant colours, a few messy lines). Please read these pixel-art specific articles and I bet your pixel art will dramatically improve:
There is a random green pixel that pops in and out on the tank turret. I dont think thats belongs heh. Some more contrast between the colors would help. For example, some of the color transitions (like the armour plate above the right tread) are very hard to notice.
