Based on a combination of Lise from SD3 (from whence the spear, name, and green scheme), Momo from BoF3, various Miyazaki characters, and Tales of Phantasia for some color strategy. Submitting way early this time ot make sure we get in before the deadline ;) (edited 9/13 to fix animation and color encoding, which had gotten jacked)
