I always forget it's the base of Pikachu's tail that's black, and not the tip. For whatever reason my brain is convinced it's the tip to the point where I'll mess up even if I have the reference right in front of me. orz

so I guess that is a Pichu getting beat up. Yikes!

A bit hard to tell if it's a pikachu or a pichu. It looks like a pichu with the head shape and black tail.

If it's a pichu, we might have a baby beater here. xD
