I dunno why i made this. this took bout.. 2-3 hours to make so please comment. ITs supposed to be a space station that got infected with a space virus and all these things get screwy. like leaches grow 10 times there size and zombies and stuff.. i like how it came out :D

I agree with the others on the background, but I really love the funky style on the hero and the worm looks cool as well. I'd love to play a game with characters like that! ^_^
Those cracks above the windows look really sloppy, and it looks too crowded. The blood on the walls and other details look too random, like they are just sort of strewn throughout the piece.
the biggest flaw in this that I see, is that white guy, he blends in way too much with the background, and the black selout is horrible. Also, one thing to remember in gamedev, is not conservation, but rather optimization of what you have to work with, as Adarias pointed out. The text on the wall seems really sketchy, most signs aren't that distorted, you put some brown selout around the border of the statusbar, but not the whole thing?
it looks nice, but there are a few things. overall, everything seems to lack contrast, which isnt too good. also, my personal feeling, dont dither on the GBA when you can have massive palettes, the crisp screen makes all dithering look terrible
