My attempt at a standing animation of a random character in a random style. I'm not that experienced when it comes to animations, so it isn't the best of smoothest animation ever.
EDIT: I added some additional frames and edited the current ones a lot, as well as increasing the speed, in order to make the animation smoother. I think it looks a LOT better now.

I think the white outlines look good on some things, but not on others. They're good on avatars and such. Anyways, nice sprite, but the extra shade of dark on the shirt is wierd.
The motion of the shirt doesn't make much sense, but the rest looks great! Anyway, what's with people using those God awful white outlines? It really adds too much contrast to the rest of the piece, so I can't see it very well.
