I don't really think the effects add anything to the piece, but it's good regardless.

Interesting... combinig diffrent type of architecture from diffrent time periods ( those towers on the background look like the ones from the far future) makes this art surreal and odd. Looks like some kind of a time machine error or a distortion of time and space.
